Summit Yachts is an organization specializing in the development, marketing and sales of high performance sail boats. Summit Yachts is based in the Northeastern US, one of the largest yachting centers in America.

The principals in Summit Yachts, Barry Carroll and George Carabetta, have a combined total of more than 40 years business experience including building, selling and sailing high performance sailboats.

Barry Carroll, of the former Carroll Marine Limited, set an international standard for construction excellence. In 20 years of boat building, CML boats won Sailing World’s prestigious Boat of the Year Award ten times. He has served as consultant for several US and foreign boat building companies and served as the Executive Director of US-IRC from 2004-2007.

George Carabetta founded and was co-owner of several environmental companies encompassing 5 states in the Northeastern US. The dynamic growth and diversification of the company allowed him to have a successful grand prix sailboat racing career as well as pursue sales of production sailboats.
